For me, fitness is as important for my mental well being aswell as for my physical one! I do not proclaim to be a professional in this field (yet!) but I follow other professionals and really enjoy learning about fitness and exercise that does not involve hours of laborious cardio! Mainly because now I have a baby to look after, I can’t stay at the gym for hours at the time that suits me so now I need to be savvy when it come to time and content!
My body has changed in so many ways since giving birth and I am now starting to embrace it. My workouts change weekly and can range from 20 minutes during nap time to an hour of mixed weights and cardio at the gym. But also I walk…alot! I can honestly say that walking has been one of the best forms of exercise I have done to get me back to me!
On this part of the blog I will share some of my exercise routines and workouts both at home and at the gym.
